What we collect
We collect contact details, service address, quote selections, optional pool photos, and messages you send through our contact form so we can estimate price, reply to you, and (after activation) perform service.
How we use information
We use your information to prepare quotes, process payments, schedule and complete visits, communicate about service, and operate the customer portal and field tools. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
When checkout is enabled, payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You may cancel anytime during quote and payment before service begins, and cancel anytime after you are an active customer per our terms of service.
Accounts and portal
Account sign in uses Supabase Auth. Portal users see customer visible notes, issues, and photos for their own properties only. Internal ops notes and gate codes are not shown in the portal.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, authentication, and payment processing) under agreements that limit how they use that data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and rights
We keep service and billing records as needed to run the business and meet legal duties. Contact us to request access or correction of your personal information.
